Whether you will be training at home, a hotel, or in a gym, we customize each training session to your personal needs and goals, based on the equipment (if any) you have available. There is always an opportunity to get fit!
I will provide an individualized approach for your particular situation based on science-based knowledge and discovery. We will discuss which approach to nutrition, habits and behaviours will work toward your goals, and also be clear about which will be sure to slow your progress toward them. We will spend time on the psychology of food and dieting, ways to reduce stress in the process, and techniques to handling both the successes and inevitable slips on the journey.
